Regulations and Registration

Registration will open on Monday, June 16 at 6:00 PM.

The membership fee required to participate in the three days of the marathon is €95* per person.

The Early Bird membership fee for those who register by August 31, 2025, is €80* per person.

You can choose to also participate in the New Year's Eve social dinner on December 31, which has limited seating for 150 people and requires an additional membership contribution of €20.

It is not possible to register for just one evening; the registration fee is for the entire event and is the amount indicated above. After that, you are free to participate as much and whenever you want.

In order to access the Early Bird subsidized contribution, it is necessary to:

• register by August 31
• be admitted to participate by September 2 (see admission information)
• payment must be received within 5 days from the acceptance email sent

The activity is organized by the ASD La Bicicleta.

To participate, it is necessary to be a member: the annual membership fee is €10.

If you are not yet a member, or if you are but have not yet paid the 2025 membership fee, you will be asked to pay this additional €10 as well.

Admission Rules

About 300 people will participate in the New Year's marathon.

Since this is an event where we will dance together for 3 days, we will try to keep the number of leaders and followers balanced in order to avoid imbalances that could compromise everyone's ease of dancing.

For this reason, if you register as a couple (leader + follower) you will be automatically accepted (just make a single registration by entering the details of both dancers), while if you register alone your request will only be accepted when a person from the other role registers alone.

To qualify for the Early Bird discounted contribution, it is not enough to have submitted the participation request; it must be accepted and the contribution must be paid within the specified deadlines!

Attention

We remind you that we are a Sports Association for Amateurs, our activities are reserved for our members, you can participate in the marathon only as our member.

The membership fee for registering for the marathon is non-refundable and is for personal use only; therefore, it CANNOT be shared or transferred to other people.

In the unfortunate event that you can no longer attend the event due to serious reasons, please contact us to discuss the possibility of having another member take your place.
