Join the New Years Lindy Hop Marathon!
Balancing L & F
The Marathon will welcome 300 dancers, balanced between leaders and followers-we will not run the risk of anyone sitting for a single minute!
To obtain this result, priority will be given to enrollments in pairs.
Applications for individual registration will be accepted in compliance with the balancing of roles.
Registration
The membership fee required to participate in the marathon is €78* per person.
For those who register and pay by 30 September 2023, the Early Bird contribution will be €68* per person.
It is not possible to register for just one evening.
To maintain the balance between Leader and Follower it is necessary for our team to make a selection of the subscribers.
If you register as a couple, acceptance will be practically automatic. If you register as an individual, we have to wait for the registration request from a participant with a different role than yours to be able to accept you.
Only after your request has been accepted will you be able to proceed with the payment. Therefore, you will be able to take advantage of the Early Bird contribution only if your request has been accepted and your payment has been received by 30 September 2023.
The additional fee charged for attending the New Year's Eve social dinner is €20 per person.
It's a potluck dinner and includes everything you need for the dinner (room, tables, chairs, tablecloths, plates, cutlery, microwave, water and wine)....but not the food, you'll bring your and you can share it with your friends!
* The activity is organized by the La Bicicleta Association. In order to participate, you must be a member. The annual membership fee is €10. If you are not up to date with the membership fee you will be asked to pay this €10 as well.

We remind you that we are an Amateur Sports Association, our activities are reserved for our members, you can participate in the marathon only as our member.
PLEASE NOTE: Please note that the marathon registration membership fee is non-refundable and is for nominal use, so it CANNOT be shared or given to other people.
Only in the unfortunate circumstance in which you are no longer able to participate in the event for serious reasons, please contact us to evaluate together the possibility of another La Bicicleta ASD member taking over your place.
